The place we call Yes is located at H.No=A1189 in Gali No-21 of Shyam Colony. This is deep in Budh Vihar Phase-2, Rithala. It is really just a local spot in a residential neighborhood. We do not have a big office building or a shop window on a main road. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are. The address 110086 is home to a lot of families, and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is pretty simple and we do not try to make it sound more important than it is. We have a small room where we keep our things and handle whatever tasks come up during the week. Life in Gali No-21 is usually busy with kids playing and neighbors talking outside. We do not have a big team or a lot of expensive equipment. It is just a few of us doing what we can with what we have. Sometimes we are working late into the evening because that is when people are around to talk. It is not a corporate setup at all. We do not have a fancy website or a lot of complicated rules. We just open up and do our thing every day. It is a very basic, honest way to run a small business in this part of Delhi. We just stay busy and keep things moving along.
