Being over here at 71-B Block in Mayur Vihar Phase-3 is interesting. It’s a pretty packed area, especially when everyone is coming home from work. Our office is just a regular spot where we handle our business. The name of the place is Yes, which is short and easy to remember, I guess. We’ve got a couple of desks and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced last year. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because this block can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff. It isn't anything fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to actually get it done. My desk is right by the window, so I get to see everything happening on the street. There is a small shop downstairs that makes decent tea, which keeps us going through the afternoon. We don't really have a boss who walks around in a suit. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable. New Delhi gets really dusty, so we are always cleaning the keyboards. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the work is finished before the weekend starts. It's a decent place to work and the people here are alright.
