We are located in Ambedkar Nagar, Sector 5, right at E-318 here in New Delhi. It's a crowded area with narrow streets, but there’s always some kind of energy going on outside our door. We named the place "Yes" because it’s short and we didn't want anything too complicated. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees and a human resources department. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work every single day. The office is tucked away in the sector, so it’s mostly people from the neighborhood who know we are here. We handle various tasks and stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or the internet starts acting up, but we just manage it and keep moving. It’s just part of life in Delhi 110062. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now and we've gotten used to the quirks of the plumbing and the lights. We know all the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner who brings us a tray every afternoon. There’s no big fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't on the phone. We prefer it that way because it feels more honest. We don’t spend much time on fancy advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without making it difficult.
