You can find us in Khirki Village, which is right in the Malviya Nagar area of New Delhi. We are at 1/6, tucked away in the narrow lanes that make this part of the city so busy. Being a travel company in such a crowded spot means there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is pretty lived-in. We have maps pinned to the walls and stacks of brochures that sometimes fall over. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit and figure out travel routes for people. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles and checking the internet for updates. The neighborhood is full of life, and we usually know the guys at the tea stall right outside. It gets hot in the summer, and the fan in the office works overtime. We try to keep our paperwork in order, but it’s a small space and things get cramped. People come in to ask about holidays, and we just tell them what’s available. It’s a very local way of doing things. We like being in Malviya Nagar because it’s central, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one traveler at a time, without making a big fuss about it. There’s always someone coming in to ask for advice on where to go next.
