We are located over in Lajpat Nagar-4 at O-42, O.D.S. This part of New Delhi is always moving fast, so there is never a dull moment right outside our window. Yatraonline Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days. It is a typical office space, nothing too flashy or modern. We have desks, computers, and way too many coffee cups lying around most of the time. Some of us have been working here since the beginning, while others just joined us recently. We handle a lot of different things related to travel and bookings, but it is mostly just us sitting at our screens and making sure things are moving along. The building itself is older, and sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs instead. It is good exercise for the team, I guess. We are not trying to be the biggest or the loudest company in the city. We just want to get the work done right so people can go where they need to go without any trouble. Lunchtimes are usually spent at the local food stalls nearby because the food there is much better than what we bring from home. We talk about cricket or whatever else is on the news that day. It feels like a small community even though we are part of something much bigger. There is no script for how we talk to people; we just try to be helpful.
