We are located at A-199 in Moti Bagh-I, which is a pretty nice part of New Delhi to be in. The office is always full of people, and there’s a constant sound of typing and low chatter. Even though Yatra is a big name, this specific office feels a lot more grounded. We spend our days handling bookings and trying to make sure everything goes smoothly for travelers. It’s a lot of staring at maps and calendars. The lunch hour is probably the loudest time of the day when everyone opens their tiffins and the smell of homemade food fills the room. We have a few plants by the window that we try to keep alive, though the Delhi dust makes it a challenge. Sometimes we get frustrated with the systems when they go down, but we just take a break and wait it out. It’s not some high-pressure environment with people in suits; we’re mostly just in our regular clothes trying to get through the to-do list. The walk from the main road to the office is short, but it can be a bit of a trek in the summer heat. We like being in Moti Bagh because it feels like a real neighborhood with its own character. We’re just here doing our part to help people get where they’re going, one ticket at a time.
