You can find us over on the second floor of H-68 in Lajpat Nagar Part-1. Being in this part of Delhi means there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside the windows. This office for Yatra.Com isn’t some massive corporate building; it’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day travel needs of people coming through the area. We have been in this Lajpat Nagar spot for a bit, and we know the neighborhood well. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got our computers, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to messages about train tickets and flight bookings. It gets quite busy during the holiday seasons, and sometimes it feels like the phones never stop ringing. We just take it one person at a time. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big polished lobby. It’s just us working in a space that feels like part of the local community. When the sun goes down, the market downstairs gets even more crowded, and that’s usually when we start wrapping things up for the day. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to be right in the heart of Delhi-110024, helping people get where they need to go. We keep things moving as best as we can.
