If you look for us, we’re right in Gali No-1, just across from the Hanuman Mandir in S.B.S Colony. Karawal Nagar is a tight-knit area, and everyone knows everyone around here. We handle the Yatra.Com stuff from this little office. It’s mostly about helping people book their trips or figuring out why their bus was delayed. It gets quite loud because of the temple bells and the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We have a couple of computers and a printer that sometimes jams at the worst possible time. It’s not a fancy travel agency with posters of beaches on every wall. We just have some chairs for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork. My cousin helps out here sometimes when things get really busy during the holiday season. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. The office is small, so it gets a bit cramped when more than three customers come in at once. We don't have a website of our own for this branch, we just use the main systems. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and typing in names and dates for flights. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because of the temple nearby. We help them out and then get back to the booking screens. It’s just an honest day’s work for us.
