Most people know the name Yatra, but we're working out of this spot in Pehlad Pur Banger. It’s a quiet enough area, Hno293 to be exact. We spend our days dealing with travel bookings, mostly online stuff, but there’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that goes into it. The office is usually full of people on headsets or typing away. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, especially when there’s a holiday season coming up and everyone wants to go somewhere at once. We’re not some big glass tower office; it’s more of a regular Delhi house converted into a workspace. It feels a bit more personal that way, honestly. We handle flights, hotels, and all those travel plans people make. It’s a lot of coordinating and checking dates over and over again so nothing goes wrong. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but we just get through it. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much of a headache. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just travel stuff. We stay busy, we drink a lot of tea, and we try to keep the records straight. That's pretty much the daily routine here in Delhi 110042. It is a long day but we like it.
