Our spot is located at 1079-A/10 in Govindpuri, New Delhi. If you have ever spent any time in Govindpuri, you know it is a maze of narrow streets and small buildings all packed together. We are tucked into one of those blocks, and it is quite different from the big glass office buildings people might imagine. This is more of a local hub or a support office where we manage the smaller details of the travel business. The office is basically just a few rooms with some computers and a lot of printed schedules and notes pinned to the walls. It gets quite loud outside with the constant traffic and the local street vendors, but inside we just focus on getting the bookings and customer inquiries sorted out. We do not really have a big neon sign out front, just the address and a small plate on the door. The people working here mostly live in the nearby colonies, so we have a good understanding of the local area and the people. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to various messages that come in. It is a busy environment but in a very manual, hands-on way. There is always someone coming in or out to deliver something, and we usually have a kettle going for tea in the corner. It is not a polished corporate environment, just a practical space where we handle the daily grind of the industry.
