Our office is located at BA/5A on Jail Road in Janakpuri, New Delhi. It’s a well-known spot in this part of the city, and Jail Road is always moving with cars and people going about their day. Yatra.Com has a lot of history here. We aren't some distant internet company that only exists on a screen. We have real people working right here in Janakpuri. The office is a practical space where we handle travel bookings and help people figure out their trips. It’s not a high-tech lab or a minimalist showroom. It looks like a regular office with desks, chairs, and stacks of paper. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic on Jail Road, but we’re used to it. We spend our days on the phone or computer, trying to get things sorted for travelers. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the work gets done right. Many of us have been working at this BA/5A address for years. We know the local tea stalls and where to get a quick lunch. It’s a grounded way to run a travel business. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon in the office. We just talk like regular people and try to solve problems as they come up.
