Our office is at A-2/22 in Sector-5, Rohini. It’s a pretty straightforward spot in North Delhi. We handle a lot of the travel bookings and customer queries from this location. It’s mostly just rows of desks and people with their heads down working on computers. Rohini is a big residential and commercial area, so there’s always plenty of activity around us. We aren't in a high-rise building with a glass front. It’s more of a local office feel. We deal with people wanting to go on holiday or needing to book flights for work. It can get busy during the holiday seasons, and the phones don’t stop ringing then. We just take it one call at a time. The office is a bit plain, but it serves its purpose. We have a small area for lunch and a place to keep our bags. We aren't here to make big speeches about travel; we just find the tickets and confirm the hotels. It’s a lot of checking dates and prices over and over again. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes, which can be a bit stressful, but we just get through it. We’ve been in this Sector-5 location for a good while. It’s a decent place to work and we know the local chai stall nearby quite well. We just keep doing our thing every day and try to keep everything organized for the people who book through us.
