We are located at 602 Luv, inside the Agrasen Appts in Patparganj, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit different than being in a big commercial park. You have to go through the apartment gates and find the right block, which is 110092 if you’re looking at the map. Yatra.Com is the name on the door, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is basically a converted space that feels a lot like home, probably because it is in an apartment building. We see the same neighbors every day, and the security guards at the gate usually know who is coming to see us. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads of Delhi, though you can still hear the traffic in the distance. We mostly spend our time on phones or computers, sorting out travel plans and checking schedules. There isn’t much to look at in the office besides some maps and files. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that’s about it for perks. It’s a straightforward job. We aren't trying to be the most stylish place in the city; we just want to make sure the tickets are booked and the itineraries are correct. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around a bit, but that’s just part of being in Patparganj. It is a very normal way to spend a workday.
