Our office for Yatra.Com is located at A1/29 in Janak Puri. Being in New Delhi-110058 puts us right in a residential area that has grown quite a lot over the years. We aren't in a skyscraper or a massive tech park. It’s a more grounded space where we handle the day-to-day tasks that come our way. The desk is usually cluttered with printouts and notes because we still like having things on paper sometimes. It’s easier to keep track of that way. We don't have a fleet of people in suits running around. It’s just a handful of us who know the system and how to navigate the travel world. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We’ve had to deal with the usual Delhi problems—parking issues out front and the occasional power cut—but we just work around it. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people get their trips sorted and make sure the bookings are confirmed without any drama. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy being in Janak Puri because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't trying to be flashy. We just want to make sure the work is finished by the time we close up for the day and head home to our families.
