Our office is at 15/399 Dda Flat in Madangir, which is part of New Delhi-62. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes because it’s a Dda flat rather than a big commercial building. Yatra.Com is the name on our door, and we’ve been operating from this location for quite a while. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of people on phones and the clatter of keyboards. We deal with travel bookings all day, which involves a lot of looking at different screens and trying to sort out schedules. It’s not always a smooth ride. Sometimes the systems are slow or the phone lines act up, but we just keep at it. Madangir is a lively area, and there is always something going on right outside the window. We don’t have any polished corporate statements to share. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in this little corner of the city. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we could probably use a better coffee machine, but it works for what we need. We don’t try to act like we’re bigger than we are. People come to us when they need help with their travels, and we do our best to find the right dates. It’s just plain work. We keep the records in order and make sure the files are where they should be. That’s about it for us here in the Madangir flat. We just keep working through the daily list.
