We are located at C-842 on Hastsal Road. If you know Uttam Nagar in Delhi, you know it’s a very busy and crowded place most of the time. There’s always something happening right outside our door, from traffic to street vendors. We work here under the Yatra.com name. Most people know the name is about travel and planning trips. We spend a lot of time on the phones and sitting at the computers. People come in with all sorts of questions about where they’re going or how to get the best route. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of every day, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. The office isn't anything too flashy or special. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the work. Delhi is a big city, and being in this part of it means we see a lot of local faces every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people show up at once asking for help, but we just take it one person at a time. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We’re just here to help with the travel stuff that needs to be sorted out. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a quick break when we can. It’s a long day sometimes, especially when there are problems with flights. We stay until the job is done for everyone who came in that day.
