Our office is tucked away at Wz/12A in Poshangipur, which is part of the Janakpuri area in Delhi. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you find us, it is usually pretty quiet. Yatra.Com is the name on the door, and inside, it is just a bunch of us working on travel stuff. Most of our time is spent on computers, booking things and trying to make sense of different flight schedules. It is not a glamorous job, despite what people think about the travel industry. There are plenty of days where we are just staring at screens and trying to find the best routes for people. The office is a bit cramped, especially when we have all the files out on the desks. Drinking a lot of tea helps us keep going through the long shifts. Janakpuri is a nice enough place to be based, even if the traffic can be a total nightmare in the evenings. Big slogans and fancy posters don't belong on our walls. Most of the decor is just calendars and maps. Trying to be helpful when people call with problems is what we do, though sometimes the systems make it a bit difficult. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about how to get from one place to another. Helping someone get their tickets sorted out is the main task we handle every day.
