Our office is on the second floor of P-5 in South Extension Part II. If you’ve ever been to South Ex, you know it’s one of the busiest market areas in New Delhi. There’s always someone shouting, cars honking, and people shopping. We are right above the noise. Yatra.com is a big name, but this specific office is just a practical space where we handle the day-to-day work. You have to walk up a set of stairs that have seen better days to get to us. Inside, it’s a bit more modern, but still feels like a workspace where people are actually doing things. We have rows of desks and people constantly talking on headsets. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. We don't really have a place for people to just hang out or wait. If you come here, it’s usually for something specific regarding a booking or an issue that needs fixing. We spend our lunch breaks trying to find a quiet spot in the market, which is almost impossible. It’s a fast-paced environment because travel never really stops. We are just a group of people trying to make sure all the digital bookings actually turn into real trips for the customers without any hiccups. We keep it simple and focus on the screens.
