We are based out of a house in Paschim Vihar, specifically House No 881 in the GH 5 and 7 area. It is a bit different from those big corporate offices you see in Gurgaon. Here in New Delhi, we are tucked into a residential neighborhood, which makes the morning commute a bit easier since we aren't in the middle of a massive commercial hub. We have our computers set up and we spend the whole day on the Yatra website or on the phone. It is a lot of clicking and typing as we try to sort out travel plans for people. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it can get a bit loud in the room. We have our own little kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It feels more like a small team than a giant company when you are working in a space like this. The street outside is usually full of cars and people walking their dogs. We have to keep the windows shut sometimes to keep the dust and noise out. It is just a regular work environment where we show up, do our hours, and head home. We deal with plenty of booking issues and system updates that can be a bit of a headache, but we just manage it as it comes. We are just normal people trying to make the travel process a little less complicated for everyone.
