Our office is located in the Supertech Icon building over in Naya Khand Part 1, right in the heart of Indrapuram. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area is always growing and there’s construction or traffic nearly every day. We’re up in one of the units where it’s mostly just rows of monitors and people with headsets talking about flights and hotel bookings. It’s a busy atmosphere, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to want to change their travel plans at the same time. The building itself is pretty tall, so we get a decent view of the surroundings, even if it’s just more apartment blocks and some dusty roads. We don’t really have a big reception area for visitors because most of what we do is online or over the phone. There’s a small pantry where the coffee machine usually breaks down once a week, but we make do. People working here come from all over the NCR, so the lunchroom is always a mix of different smells and languages. It’s a lot of staring at screens and typing out confirmation numbers, making sure the system doesn’t glitch. We’ve been in this Indrapuram spot for a bit now and it feels like home, even with the constant noise from the elevator. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to keep things organized for people traveling across the country and the world.
