We are over at GH-12/226 in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. This Yatra.Com office is right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial mix. Delhi is always loud, and Paschim Vihar is no exception. We’ve got cars honking outside and people walking by all day long. Inside, we just try to keep up with all the travel bookings and questions that come in. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone. The office isn't very large, so we all sit pretty close to each other. It gets a bit stuffy in the summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and some notes pinned up. Sometimes we order food from the local stalls nearby when we have to work late. The commute in Delhi can be tough, so most of us are just glad when we get here and can sit down. We handle whatever travel problems people have, whether it’s a cancelled flight or a hotel issue. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of the city. We do our best to stay on top of things and help the people who reach out to us. That’s pretty much how it is here every day. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to make sure people's trips go as smooth as possible from our little corner of Paschim Vihar.
