Our office is tucked away at number 46 Masjid Moth in South Ex. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the parking around here can be a real headache most days. We work for Yatra.Com, which most people think of as just a website, but we are real people sitting here at desks in Delhi. Our days are spent staring at computer screens, looking at flights, hotels, and train schedules. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone. People call us when their plans go wrong or when they can't figure out how to book a trip online. It’s not always easy work because travel can be messy, especially with delays and cancellations. We just sit here and try to sort things out as they come. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people chatting about different destinations. We’ve been in the South Ex area for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a good spot to be, even if it gets crowded. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a lot of work to do every morning. We help get people from one place to another, and that takes a lot of coordination behind the scenes. It's just a regular job for us and we try to stay on top of things.
