Our office sits over at C-95 in Naraina Vihar. It’s a decent neighborhood in New Delhi where things are a bit calmer than the main market areas. We handle a lot of travel bookings and holiday planning from this desk. Most days, the phone doesn't stop ringing. We have a few computers and some stacks of papers with travel itineraries. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to ask about train tickets or flights. We try to help them out without making things complicated. The building is easy to find if you know the C block area. There's a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk during lunch. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy here in this branch. It's just a workplace where we manage travel details for folks. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the people waiting. We've got some old chairs for visitors that aren't the most comfortable, but they work. Naraina Vihar has a lot of families, so we see a lot of people planning their yearly trips. We don't use a lot of big words or confusing terms. We just tell you what the price is and how to get there. It’s a regular office with regular people working hard. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now and we like the community here.
