We’re set up in Savitri Nagar at the B G M S Hostel building. It’s in New Delhi-17. It might seem like a strange place for a travel company, but it works for us. We spend most of our time online, hence the name. Everything happens through the computers and over the phone. We help people book their flights and hotels without them having to leave their house. It’s a lot of data and a lot of clicking. Our office isn't very big, and we have a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve seen the way people travel change completely. Everyone is in a rush now. We try to keep up with all the requests that come in at all hours. Delhi is a city that never stops, and we kind of feel like that too. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out because it’s all digital. We just sit here and make sure the bookings go through and the tickets are sent out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We like the neighborhood here in Savitri Nagar. It feels like a real place with real people. We’re just one of the businesses trying to keep things moving in the city. It’s a quiet spot to work while the rest of Delhi rushes past us.
