Yatra Online Pvt Ltd has an office at 14 Ram Nagar Extension-2, right on Gurudwara Marg in New Delhi. It is pretty easy to find if you know where the Gurudwara is. We spend our days in front of screens looking at travel deals and answering queries. It is a plain office with rows of computers. Sometimes the phones all ring at once and it gets quite loud. We are just a group of people trying to help others get their trips sorted. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, some chairs, and a lot of empty water bottles. We have a small area where we eat lunch together. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it feels quite local. We have some posters of different countries on the wall, but they are getting a bit old now. Most of the work is digital, but we still use plenty of pens and paper for notes. People sometimes walk in thinking they can buy a ticket over the counter, so we talk to them and explain how it works. It is a busy atmosphere but not in a corporate way. We just do our jobs and then head home like everyone else. Gurudwara Marg is a nice street to be on. We are just one of the many businesses operating in this part of Delhi.
