You can find us over at K-328/4 in Mahipalpur. Since we are so close to the airport, this area is always moving and shaking. We work on the online side of travel from here. It’s a lot of people sitting at computers in a regular building in New Delhi. It’s not some high-tech glass office you might see in the movies. It’s just us in a practical space with a lot of wires, monitors, and half-empty water bottles. We handle bookings and customer questions all day long. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to scramble to get things back up. The street outside is usually packed with cars and people passing through. We’ve been in Mahipalpur for quite a bit now. It’s a good spot for what we do. Our team is a mix of people who know travel inside and out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just come in, log on, and help people get their trips sorted. There’s always someone drinking tea or talking about a flight delay. It’s a real job with real people. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the process. If there is a problem with a booking, we try to fix it as fast as we can. That’s pretty much the daily life here in 110037. We just do the work and then head home like everyone else. It gets tiring but we like the pace.
