Our office is located at 23 B Shivam Apartments in Ashok Vihar, Phase II. It’s actually inside an apartment complex, which gives it a bit of a different feel than a typical office building. We are part of Yatra Online Pvt Ltd., but this specific spot in New Delhi is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations. Because it’s in Shivam Apartments, it feels a bit like home, just filled with desks and computers instead of sofas and TVs. We’ve got a small team here, and we spend most of our time online, as the name suggests. It can get pretty busy during the holiday seasons when everyone is trying to book a trip at the same time. The air conditioner hums in the corner, and there’s usually a stack of delivery menus on the table for when we work late. Ashok Vihar is a decent place to be, with enough shops nearby to get what you need. We aren’t the main headquarters or anything, just a branch doing our part in the middle of a residential area. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we talk too loud in the hallway, so we try to keep things quiet. It’s a simple setup—just people in a flat, working on travel bookings and answering emails. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the work gets done eventually. It is what it is.
