Jail Road is always busy and full of noise. We sit here at G-166 in Hari Nagar. It is just a regular office where we handle travel stuff for Yatra Online Pvt Ltd. People come in and out all day asking about their trips. Most of the time we are just sitting at our desks on the phones or typing on the computers. It is not a fancy place, just some chairs and tables and a lot of paper. Sometimes the tea man is late and we just wait around for a break. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a long time now. The road outside is always dusty and the traffic never seems to stop. We try to keep things moving so people get what they need. There is no big sign on the building, just the name on the door. New Delhi is a fast city and we are just trying to keep up with everyone's travel plans. Some days are packed with work and other days are a bit slow. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years but we are still here. Some of the staff have been at these desks for years. It is a normal workplace where things get done. We do not do anything special, just the work that is in front of us for the day.
