You can find us at Amardeep Apartments in Sector 9, Rohini. We’re at number 25. It’s an apartment building, so it’s got that lived-in feel with neighbors coming and going all the time. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and computers where we handle all the online travel stuff. It’s funny because even though everything is digital now, we still end up with stacks of printed notes and folders everywhere. Rohini is a busy part of Delhi, and Sector 9 is no exception. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you stop noticing it after a while. The work is mostly about fixing booking errors or helping people who get stuck while trying to plan their trips. We aren't big on formalities here; we mostly just wear comfortable clothes and focus on the screens. The kitchen in the back is where we all end up when someone brings in snacks. It’s a tight-knit group and we’ve been working out of this apartment for quite a bit. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs for a bit of exercise. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. No fancy lobbies or receptionists in uniforms. Just us sitting around, making sure the travel systems are working and that everyone’s tickets are actually showing up in their email accounts like they should. It stays pretty busy from Monday through Saturday.
