Our office is at number 25 in Raja Bazaar, right near the Jain Mandir. If you are looking for us, we are tucked behind the Madras Hotel, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of New Delhi. It’s a very busy area, 110 001, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise from the street. Being right in the heart of Raja Bazaar means we are close to everything, but it also means it’s never quiet. We work for Yatra Online from this spot. The office is pretty basic—just rows of desks with people on headsets and computers. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. We spend our day helping people with their travel bookings and trying to sort out issues with tickets. Sometimes the office gets really hot in the summer, and the fans just move the warm air around. We’ve got calendars pinned to the walls and half-empty coffee mugs on the desks. It’s a real working environment, not a polished corporate space. We know the street vendors outside and usually grab our lunch from one of the nearby stalls. It’s a bit of a maze getting back to our building through the market crowds, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the work and try to get through the daily list of tasks. It’s just a bunch of us doing our best in a crowded corner of the city.
