We are based in Flat No. 108 inside Loknayak Apartment, which is over in Sector-9 of Rohini. It’s a residential complex, so our office feels a lot like a home that’s been converted into a workspace. We’ve got desks set up in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. Being in New Delhi, it’s always a bit of a scramble with the traffic and the heat, but once you’re inside the apartment, it’s a bit calmer. We have a small balcony where some of the staff go to take a quick break, though there isn't much to see except the other apartment blocks and the parking lot. The kitchen is where we keep the water filter and the tea supplies. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don’t have a big sign on the main road; you have to know which block and plot to look for. The elevator is one of those old ones with the manual gate, so it’s often faster to just walk up the stairs. We spend most of our day on the phones or typing away on our laptops. It’s a very standard office environment, nothing fancy or polished. We just focus on getting through the day’s tasks and making sure everything is handled properly. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, but we just deal with it. It's a normal office.
