We are at H-232 in Raj Nagar Part-II. It is a busy area in Palam Colony and most people know us for helping with travel plans and tickets. We spend most of our day on computers or phones. Trying to find ways to get people from one place to another keeps us busy. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes, especially when a holiday is coming up. We are not fancy people. There is a tea stall nearby where we grab a drink during our breaks and it is nice to get out for a bit. Working in New Delhi means dealing with traffic every morning, but we show up and get to work anyway. We handle many online bookings and a lot of paperwork. It is mostly just us sitting at desks and answering calls. Making sure the details are right is the main thing. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the files, but we manage to keep it together. If you are looking for our building, it is in the middle of the colony, not far from the main road. We do not have a big lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of the staff has been here for years and we know the neighborhood well. It is just a normal office doing what we can to help people get their trips sorted out without too much fuss. We try to keep things straightforward. It is just how we do things in this part of town.
