We are located on the third floor of E 202 in Amar Colony. If you know Lajpat Nagar 4, you know it is always crowded and full of life. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Yatra Online is a big name, but here in this specific office, we are just a group of people sitting at desks with our headsets on. The space is a bit cramped with all the desks and chairs packed in, but it stays cool enough with the AC running. New Delhi-45 is a great area because there is always good food nearby when we take our lunch breaks. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people about their trips. It isn't always exciting work. Sometimes it's just dealing with cancellations or fixing mistakes in a booking. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a few photos of our families. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If you come up to the third floor, you’ll just see us working. We try to keep things moving and help folks get where they need to go without too much fuss. It is just a regular job for us, and we do our best to stay on top of the daily grind and the endless phone calls.
