We are based at E-159 in B.K.Dutt Colony, which is pretty close to Jor Bagh in New Delhi. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. The office is usually full of people on headsets talking to customers who are trying to go somewhere. We have a lot of computers and the air conditioning is usually running because Delhi gets so hot. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of typing and people chatting about flight times or hotel rooms. We’ve been here in the 110003 area for quite a while. Outside, the colony is usually busy with people going about their business. We get our tea from the stall around the corner and mostly just focus on the screens in front of us. It’s a lot of data and numbers. Sometimes it feels like we’re just a small part of a big machine, but we try to keep it personal when we talk to folks. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where work gets done. People from all over the city come by sometimes, but mostly we handle everything through the computers. It’s a steady job in a busy part of town. We just show up every morning, deal with the travel plans, and make sure things are moving along as they should.
