This office is located at H-43-A near Vijay Chowk in Laxmi Nagar. It is a BPO setup so there are always people on the phones and the sound of typing fills the room. Laxmi Nagar is a very packed neighborhood and finding our building can be a bit tricky if you are new to the lanes around here. We have a lot of computers lined up on long desks and everyone has their own headset. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because it gets hot with all the machines and people in one space. We work different shifts so the office never really feels empty. Even late at night there is usually someone here finishing up a project or talking to a client. Vijay Chowk is just a short walk away so there are plenty of places to grab a snack or a quick meal during breaks. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you are right there in the middle of the work area. It is a practical space designed for getting through the daily tasks. Most of us have been working here together for a year or more so we know how things go. It’s a busy life in a busy part of Delhi but we are used to it. We keep a few boxes of files in the corner and a small water cooler by the door. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for us every single day.
