Xpressto is located at R-11B in the Rita Block of Shakarpur. This area of New Delhi is very crowded and the lanes are quite narrow. Our office is tucked away in one of these streets. It is a small space where we manage our daily operations. We have a couple of computers that are a bit old and some chairs that don't always match. The walls are a plain off-white color and have a few calendars hanging on them. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big lobby for visitors. Most of the time, it is just us sitting at our desks and handling phone calls or paperwork. The air conditioner works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the windows and deal with the noise from the street. Shakarpur is a place where there is always something happening, so it is never quiet. We have a small shelf where we keep our tea cups and some biscuits for the afternoon. Our work is very practical and we don't use any complicated jargon. We just try to finish our tasks before the day ends. Sometimes we have to stay late if there is a lot of work, but we don't mind it much. It is a very ordinary office in a very busy part of the city. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
