Xpertravels

Xpertravels is based out of a flat in New Kondli, specifically in Pocket 4 of Mayur Vihar 3. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which we actually like. It makes the workday feel a little less stiff. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans from this office for some time. It's 16-O, if you’re looking for the exact door. There’s always someone here usually, unless we’re all out on errands or grabbing tea. We aren't some giant agency with hundreds of people you can't talk to. It’s just us. We know our way around the different routes and tickets because we do it every single day. Some mornings are a bit chaotic when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time, but we sort it out. We don’t use those big fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just talk like normal. If a flight is delayed or a train is full, we tell it like it is. No point hiding the facts. The office is full of maps and scraps of paper with scribbled notes. It’s a busy little spot in New Delhi. We've lived in this city a long time and we know how hard it can be to get from one place to another. So we just try to make that part a little easier for whoever walks in. It's honest work and we're glad to be doing it here. Anyway, that is what we are about.
