Xansa Inia Ltd.

We are on the 2nd Floor of building F-194 in Laxmi Nagar. It’s right near Mangal Bazar, which is one of the busiest markets around. If you come on a Tuesday, the whole place is packed with people. Xansa Inia Ltd. is the name we use. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep and the hallway is narrow. Inside, we’ve got desks lined up and a lot of power strips for the computers. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. You can hear the shouts from the market downstairs all day long. We have a small fan at every desk because the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few notes taped up. Delhi 110092 is a crowded area, but it’s where all the action is. We eat our lunch at the desks usually. There’s a lot of data work and coordination going on. The windows look out over the rooftops of other buildings. It’s not a pretty view, but it shows the reality of Laxmi Nagar. We stay late most nights because that’s when the work gets done best. It's a simple operation, really. Just people at keyboards trying to finish their daily targets before the metro gets too crowded for the ride home. We don't have much space, but we make the most of what we have here.
