X Search Hr Services is based in New Delhi, over in Dwarka Sector 12. We are in the Vidyut Apartments. It’s a residential complex, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. HR work is basically just trying to match the right person with the right job, which is harder than it sounds. Dwarka is a big area and it can take forever to get anywhere because of the traffic. The pin code here is 110078. We usually stay put in the office and do our work from there. The apartments are quiet enough for us to focus. We have piles of papers everywhere and the computers are always running. We don't have a big HR team or a glass-fronted building. It’s just us in a comfortable spot in Delhi. We talk to people from all over India who are looking for work. Sometimes it’s frustrating when a recruitment deal falls through, but that’s just the nature of this kind of business. We have been doing this for a bit now and we know the routine. It’s about being patient and listening to what people really need from a job. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to help people find a decent place to work.
