We are running things out of Kothi Number 80 in Bagdola Village. It is tucked away in Dwarka Sector 8, which is a busy part of New Delhi but our little corner feels a bit different. This is where we handle all the travel bookings for the website. It’s not a shiny glass office building. It’s an old-style house, a kothi, and that’s just how we like it. The rooms are filled with computers and people talking on headsets trying to sort out flights and holidays. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit crowded with local traffic, but inside we are just focused on the screens. Dealing with travel means we are always looking at different time zones and trying to find a route that actually works for someone. My desk is usually covered in sticky notes and old tea mugs. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a good bit now. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes because of the building itself. The village vibe of Bagdola is still there even with all the development in Dwarka. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come in and see us working. It can get noisy when everyone is on the phone at once, but we manage. We just try to keep the website running and help folks get where they need to go without making it too complicated. It is just a normal group of people working in a village house.
