World-Wide Travel

We have been set up here in Shahdara for a good while now, right at C-286 on the East of Loni Road. It is a small office, nothing fancy to look at, but we stay busy with people coming in to figure out their travel plans. Most of the time, folks just want to know the easiest way to get from one place to another without a lot of trouble. We handle a lot of train bookings and flight tickets for the people in the neighborhood. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and horns, but inside we are usually just looking at screens or talking on the phone with the airlines. Travel can be a real headache these days with all the changing rules, so we try to sort that out for people so they do not have to deal with it themselves. It started out just helping a few friends and then more people from the Delhi-93 area started showing up. We are not some big corporate chain with a call center. It is just us here in the office, taking calls and printing out itineraries. Sometimes the internet is slow or the booking system crashes right when we need it most, but we get it done eventually. People come in to chat about where they want to go, like visiting family or going on a trip. We listen and see what we can find. It is straightforward work. We are just trying to get your tickets booked so you can get going on your way.
