Our office is actually inside House No. 713 in R. K. Puram. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a business center. We have desks set up in the rooms and maps pinned to the walls. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. The street outside is usually quiet except for the vegetable sellers or the neighbor’s car. We spend most of our hours on the phone or typing away on old computers. New Delhi is big, but R. K. Puram has its own vibe. We’ve stayed here because it’s easy for us to get to. Sometimes people have trouble finding the house number since the blocks are a bit confusing. There is no big reception area or anything fancy. Just a few chairs and a lot of paper everywhere. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s not a shiny travel agency you see in a mall. It’s just us working from a house. We handle a lot of logistics for trips, and sometimes the internet goes slow which is frustrating. But we manage. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s practical and it works for what we need. We don't have fancy brochures, just plenty of experience with the routes we plan and a good knowledge of the local area.
