We operate out of the Konark Enclave in Sector 17 of Vasundhara. Our office is at E-501, which is part of Mahipal Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don’t mind. Ghaziabad is a busy city, but this corner of Vasundhara stays somewhat calm. We have a few old desks and some computers that have seen better days. It isn’t the kind of place with a big reception or fancy coffee. We mostly just drink tea from the shop downstairs. People find us because they live nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor. We spend our time looking at routes and trying to find the right tickets for people. There are files everywhere and the printer is always making some kind of noise. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. We just do the work and try to be helpful when someone calls or walks in. The enclave has some nice trees and it’s a decent place to spend the day. Sometimes the power goes off, but that’s just how it is here. We have a back-up battery for the computers so we can keep working. It’s just a small group of us trying to make things work in our local area and getting people where they need to go without any fuss.
