You can find us over in Bhajanpur at House Number 33 on Street Number 4. This is Ratan Srivastava’s place, and we share the space with Mr. Ramesh Chandra Pandey. It is very much a neighborhood setting, not a business park or a high-rise. Working in the BPO sector means things can get pretty hectic and the hours are often all over the place. We have a few rooms set up with the necessary equipment to get the work done. Bhajanpur is a lively area, and there is always something going on right outside the window. Sometimes it is hard to concentrate when there is a wedding procession or a festival happening on the street, but that is just part of being here. We aren't a big flashy company. It is just a group of us who know the industry well and wanted a local base to operate from. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the shifts. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor is just plain cement, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It's an honest day's work in a real Delhi neighborhood. We focus on the tasks Ratan gives us and try to keep things moving. It isn't always pretty, and the power goes out sometimes, but we get the job done regardless of the noise outside.
