This place is tucked away in Pocket B, 60A, over in Dilshad Garden. If you know Delhi-95, you know it is a busy residential area with a lot of people moving around at all hours. Our office is not anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is mostly just rows of desks and people on their phones or typing away at keyboards. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to keep up with the work coming in. The mornings are the busiest when everyone arrives and starts complaining about the metro commute or how hot it is getting. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits us. It is a lot of routine, really. We sort through files, answer emails, and try to make sure everything stays on track. The view from the window is just more of Dilshad Garden, which is fine by us. Sometimes the printer jams and it takes three of us to figure out why, which usually ends in some laughs and wasted paper. We are not a big fancy operation with glass walls and expensive rugs; it is more about getting the tasks done and heading home at the end of the day. It gets dusty pretty fast around here, so we are always wiping down the monitors. We just do our bit here in the pocket, keeping the gears turning day after day.
