We operate out of House Number 384 on Street Number 4. It’s in the Bagh Kare Khan area of Kishan Ganj, Delhi. Being in the 110007 zip code means we are right in the middle of a very busy neighborhood. Wns is what we call our operation here. It’s a typical Delhi street, narrow and always full of people moving around. Our office is just a part of the building. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have a lot of stuff shoved into the rooms. We handle a variety of tasks every day. It’s noisy outside with the traffic and the street vendors, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a giant corporation with glass walls. We just have our desks and our computers. Some of us have worked here for a long time. We know the local shops and where to get the best snacks during our breaks. The building itself is older, like many in Kishan Ganj. You have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. It's a lot of data and talking to people. We don't really do fancy presentations. We just sit down and do what needs doing. It's a busy place, but it's our place. It can be stressful when the phones don't stop ringing and everyone is shouting for someone to help.
