Wns

Wns is based out of Sector-15 in Rohini, specifically at G-18/31. If you know Delhi, you know Rohini is a huge area with a lot going on. Our particular corner is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses trying to get through the day. The office isn't something you'd see in a magazine. It's a functional space where we handle different types of business processes. We have a lot of desks squeezed in to make sure everyone has a place to sit and work. The street outside can get pretty noisy with horns and people selling things, but inside we just try to keep our heads down. It’s a lot of data entry, answering queries, and keeping records straight. We aren't using fancy words to describe what we do because it’s pretty straightforward. We take the work that comes in and we process it as fast as we can without making mistakes. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the Delhi summers. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have a lot of corporate decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s just a place where people come to work, earn their living, and then go home to their families in the evening.
