We operate out of S-2/93 in Old Mahavir Nagar, which is a pretty typical residential neighborhood in New Delhi. Our office isn’t in a big glass tower; it’s just part of the local block. You can hear the vegetable sellers calling out in the streets and the kids playing nearby during the day. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the desks and equipment we have stuffed in here, but we make it work. We aren't looking to be the biggest or the flashiest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. The stairs are a bit narrow and the paint might be peeling in a couple of corners, but it doesn't bother us. We’ve got a small team that has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our day is spent on the phones or typing away, and we take our breaks at the small snack shop around the corner. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of existence. We don't use big words to describe what we do because it's not that complicated. We just stay busy in our little part of Mahavir Nagar and try to keep things as simple as possible for everyone.
