This location for Wns Global Services is at I-2nd/245, on the first floor in Madangir. It’s care of Mr. Happy Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a different setup than what you might expect for a global company. We are right here in the middle of a local neighborhood in New Delhi. The space is practical and we use it to manage our service tasks. It’s not a huge corporate floor with hundreds of people; it’s more of a focused workspace. Madangir is a very lived-in area, so there’s always noise from the street and people going about their business. We just blend in with the rest of the buildings. Inside, we have our computers and files and we just get on with the day’s work. There is a lot of data to handle and things to keep track of. We don't have fancy meeting rooms or a cafeteria. We just take our tea breaks when we can. It’s a very straightforward environment. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the usual local issues, but we make it work. We are just a small group here handling our part of the larger business. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We show up, do our hours, and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. We just keep our focus on the screen and get the data sorted out as accurately as we can.
