Our address is 3673-A Raja Park in Rani Bagh, even though the company name mentions Gurgaon. It’s a bit confusing for people who try to find us for the first time. Rani Bagh is a very busy residential and market area in North Delhi. The office is in a building that’s surrounded by shops and houses. It’s a lot of keyboard clicking and people talking on headsets. We have rows of desks and not much else. The light is that bright fluorescent kind that makes you blink a lot after a few hours. We’re mostly doing data work and back-end stuff that keeps other companies running. It’s a lot of numbers and screens. We have a small corner for water and a kettle for tea. The street outside is always jammed with scooters and shoppers, so it’s never quiet. We work in shifts, so there is always someone coming or going. Sometimes the lift stops working, and we have to walk up several flights, which isn't great in the summer heat. We just do our shifts and go home. It’s a straightforward workplace. No plants or fancy decorations, just the equipment we need to get through the day's tasks. Most of us have been working together for a couple of years now, so we know each other's habits. We just keep the records straight and handle the tasks as they come in on the system.
